$14 Printer Scanner HP Deskjet 2130 - Setting up on Windows 10, Printing

About 24 years ago, we bought a inkjet printer in New Zealand for $700. It was the HP Deskjet 500, only capable of printing black and white. Just over a week ago we bought the HP Deskjet 2130, which prints in color, and also contains a built in scanner, for $18 Australian (approximately $14 US).
